The Human Resources Director will be an HR Business Partner to assigned organizations and provide guidance and support within the following areas:
workforce planning, organizational design and structure, compensation, performance management, employee development, retention, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Progressive experience in human resources
- Ability to partner with Senior Leaders
- Adept problem solver with above average conflict resolution skills
- Strategic thinker; ability to develop, evaluate and articulate long-term strategy
