We are a Human Services Agency who supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community living settings.

Responsibilities:
? Creates/promotes a culture centered on building self-directed lives with the people we support.
? Promotes a positive working relationship with all employees.
? Completes weekly billing o Uses Horizon software to complete billing o Enters and reviews attendance for a variety of different services o Submits billing to PROMISe ? Completes a detailed list of outstanding billing issues and closes out billing issues as issues are resolved ? Data Entry in Quickbooks ? Follow through all Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) responsibilities, including but not limited to below:
o Applying o Renewals o Checking Balances & Receipt Tracking ? Attend periodic fiscal and program department meetings.
? Assist with any PDS audit as needed ? Maintain other various schedules and complete special projects upon request of Senior Accountant or other executive managers ? Assist other departments as directed by Acting CFO/CEO.
? Job duties are not limited to the above list.
Other duties performed as required by Person Directed Support, Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
