Our services include the support and implementation of cloud and on-premise infrastructures, servers and line of business applications, LAN/WAN networking, business continuity, IT security, outsourced IT Management and IT Helpdesk.
We are looking for a strong technician to join our team.
The job will be primarily in our Whitehall office with occasional client visits to sites in the Lehigh Valley, PA area.
Education Required:
Associates Degree (Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Industry Standard Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Associate or Expert in Experience Required:
Experience Required:
3 years'
experience in a MSP environment supporting multiple clients (Help Desk and Project/Implementation).
Experience with standard MSP tools like PSA (ConnectWise a plus) and RMM.
Advanced knowledge of administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Teams.
Supporting users in Microsoft Windows environments.
Advanced Windows server administration of AD, DNS, Group Policy.
Experience with deployment/migration of Windows servers.
Experience managing routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and other fundamental network functions.
Experience troubleshooting complex networking issues and with the use of network health and performance monitoring resources to proactively identify and remediate issues.
Experience troubleshooting complex Windows environment issues.
Strong customer service focus and attention to details.
Experience with the following vendors/products is a plus:
SonicWall, Hyper-V, N-Able, SentinelOne EDR, Duo, Veeam, Vmware, Powershell.
