Job Description:
Established multifamily management company seeks a professional Leasing Agent for portfolio of luxury apartment complexes (200
apartments) in the Bethlehem, Allentown, Whitehall, Coplay area.
The Leasing Agent will be responsible for promptly contacting all rental leads, scheduling apartment tours and handling showings of vacant units.
Hours are flexible, where Agent can make their schedule in accordance with the needs of prospective tenants.
All lead generation, advertising, processing of applications, and lease signings will be handled, and paid for, by the properties' owners through their management office.
This position is ideal for an experienced Real Estate Agent, seeking additional, steady income.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Contacting all leads promptly to set up apartment tour appointments Greeting prospects and qualify them by covering all required criteria Meet prospects at buildings to tour available apartments.
Provide rental applications and advise applicants on processing and deposits required Promptly follow-up with prospects to 'close the sale' on leases Communicate with property management regarding any leasing issues like rents, property condition concerns, applicant questions, etc.
Skills and Qualifications 1
year of Real Estate experience required Real Estate License required Understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices Advanced sales and marketing skills Personable, professional, and outgoing Good organization, project management and time management abilities Great customer service skills Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication Multitasking and time management skills Collaboration and teamwork abilities Must have your own transportation Pay Leasing Agent will be paid one half month's rent for each signed lease.
There is no base salary for this position.
