The position requires knowledge of Human Resources functions experience as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
The HR Manager will assist with and or manage:
Employee disciplinary actions Employee outreach Agency policies and procedures Management of unemployment claims Assistance with benefits management Personnel file management Management of employee review committee Communication with agency counsel as needed Reviews of employee documentation The HR Manger must have experience leading, mentoring, and coaching staff as well as the ability to counsel and develop a workforce.
