Marketing Associate (FLSA Status - non exempt) Reports to:
General Manager Department:
Marketing Job Description This role's primary responsibility is creating, planning, and executing events.
Building relationships within the motorcycle/business community to increase dealership awareness and sales in our territory.
Areas of responsibility Create, organize, and hold events at the dealership and outside the dealership that will promote dealership.
Establish and report on key performance indicators i.
e.
, web traffic, leads, customer activity generated from events.
Establish goals and outcomes for each event.
Develop relationships within the business and vendor community to form partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
Work with dealership management staff to determine events that fit with our community of riders.
Manage monthly marketing promotion and events calendar for dealership.
Work closely with Social Media staff to promote events and build awareness.
Other responsibilities as business requires.
Qualifications Will consider and train the right candidate.
To perform this job successfully an individual must show proven success in the areas of responsibilities above.
Ideally, the individual should have prior experience with organizing events coordinating with multiple participants, ability to communicate effectively using social media, website, and other tools to create awareness.
Be outgoing and self-starter able to build relationships with the riding and business community.
